Returns & Exchanges

We realize intimates are a bit tricky to shop online. Should you buy a garment and it does not fit, we will gladly return it. You may also buy a few options, try on and return what does not fit, and we will refund the balance that you don't want to keep. Please see the return conditions below:

  • All¬†clothing and bras¬†ordered online may be returned within 14 calendar days for a full refund. The garments should be in 100% condition as when received, swing tags and labels attached. Unfortunately panties may not be returned
  • Should¬†structural damage occur (including tears, rips, boning appearing, clips and hook & eyes breaking) within 30 days of any purchase (including online, at expos, or in a retail store), we will gladly replace it.
  • The shipping cost for returns / refunds is for the shopper's account. Kindly note, if you return a garment to be swapped for a different size, the shipping will be for returning to us, and sending you a new product. Thus a double charge.¬†

PLEASE NOTE: the guarantee will be waivered if the product is washed in a washing machine. We recommend gentle hand washing as it increases the longevity of the garment considerably, and machines damage boning and lace. Should you want to discuss your faulty item with us, by all means. Please send us an email to info@mamanoo.com  We want you to be in love with your lingerie!

Refunds will only be processed once garments arrive safely in our hands and have been thoroughly checked. Return costs of damaged goods or incorrect orders from Mama Noo's end will be for our account. 

Kindly note that Mama Noo will not be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost en route to us. 

  • If gift voucher items are returned, the return will be processed in the form of a gift voucher
  • No returns will be accepted on sale items¬†

 Returning products you did not order

Please e-mail us at wilmie@mamanoo.com should you receive extra products in a shipment, or if products were delivered to you that you didn’t order. We will gladly set it right.
