Luckily there are no delays during COVID-19, but we do take care to deliver according to safe COVID-19 protocols.
FREE SHIPPING is applicable for orders above R1000. If your order is less than that, delivery will be R65-R95 depending on where in South Africa you are located:
Cape Town area = R65
Main Centres = R80
Regional areas = R95
How long will delivery take?
We make use of overnight shipping mostly, but it is best to allow 2-5 business days for delivery anywhere in South Africa.
What happens if my delivery is not with me in the designated time frame?
Please contact us on email@example.com if your order is not delivered on time and we will investigate. Please include your order number in the communication and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire. Kindly check your email's junk folder, as order confirmations with the courier details and tracing numbers often land up there.
What does it mean if my email says "Out for Delivery"?
You will receive clear communication from uAfrica regarding your order, with tracking number and how it progresses. Couriers use the most effective routes, but some days are busier than others for them. They are however very reliable, so if you experience any delays, or it is not delivered on the day they intended, please let us know and we will sort it out ASAP. Kindly email email@example.com with your order & tracking numbers.
I have special requests for delivery, how can I let you know?
If you have a specific time frame you need the delivery by, or it is at an office reception or security gate, kindly send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after you placed your order with your order number and the specific requests. We will make sure to communicate it with our couriers.
